1) Remedies:-Tea tree oil
Tea tree oil has strong anti bacterial and anti inflammatory properties. Applying it to the skin has been shown to reduce acne.
Step 1: Mix 1 part tea tree oil with 9 parts water.
Step 2: Dip a cotton swab into the mixture and apply it to affected areas.
Step 3: Apply moisturizer if desired.
Note : Repeat this process 1–2 times per day, as needed.
2) Diet:- Probiotics
These have been found to reduce inflammation in the gut, which may help reduce acne.
Since pre and probiotics can reduce inflammation and oxidative stress, scientists believe they may help reduce acne breakouts.
To get more probiotics in your diet, try yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut, dark chocolate, microalgae, miso soup, pickles, tempeh, kimchi, and kombucha tea.
3) Exercise:-The cobra pose
This helps breathe better, thus allowing more oxygen to flow in. This helps eliminate toxins and kills free radicals. This asana also regulates hormones. You can slow down premature aging, prevent acne, repair sunburns, and heal psoriasis, rosacea, and many other skin problems with this asana.
Step 1: Lie on your stomach, with your legs stretched behind you.
Step 2: Your soles should face up.
Step 3: Rest your elbows on both side and placing all your body weight on them, lift your chest.
Step 4: Inhale and exhale deeply.
Step 5: Hold this pose for 10 seconds
